"For You, Darling" - New Book!

Thank you so very much Aunt Joyce for the book you sent me. I really do appreciate it very much. You know, I didn't get to know my great-grandparents as well as I would have hoped. This book brings me a little closer to them, especially great-grandpa. I remember seeing pictures of him holding me before he had his stroke. He looked very happy, and he's still the only man to this day that I would let kiss me on the lips. And it didn't feel at all strange. You know, this book is the essence of poetry. Although it may not be in the classic poetic form, it comes from the very heart and soul of one man. One man, far from his love, but close to his heart. Sometimes I feel people don't feel that way or talk that way or write that way anymore. Then I remember, love is eternal. Their love has passed this existance into the next, wherever that may be. I miss him now more than I ever have.
Again, thank you very sincerely,
Robby Horrell

This book is a great read. I read it on a flight from Long Beach to Boston, MA and it held my attention the whole trip.

Taxi Tales is a fascinating collection of short stories.....this book is a great look at a way of life most of us know little about. I recommend it.
